한강은 흐른다. 산과 들 사이길로
복숭아 진달래 꽃망울 터뜨리며
오늘도 무지개로 소리없이 흐른다.
한강은 흐른다 논과 밭 사잇길로
청보리 무배추 파랗게 물들이며
오늘도 비단길로 말없이 흐른다.

눈보라 휘날린들 멈출 수 있으랴
폭풍우 몰아친들 돌아갈 수 있으랴?
흐르고 흘러서 영원이리니,
대양에 이르러야 우리인 것을

한강은 흐른다 마을과 도시를 지나
저마다 생의 등불 환하게 밝히면서
오늘도 은하수로 묵묵히 흐른다

through the mountains and the fields
Azelias and peaches blooming
it flows as a rainbow today
River Han is flowing through the fields
of the farm colouring radishes
and cabbages with green
as silk roads flowing without any words
Through the stroms and the snow
it never stops flowing
and the gales blowing
we will never never return
flowing flowing to eternity
reaching to the Ocean we are all in one
River Han is flowing
through the villages and the towns
lighting each candle of his own life
while flowing as the milky way now
